Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent guest service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable visit. Duties Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food preparation or ingredients. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation. Handle cash transactions using the cash register, ensuring accuracy in cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food handling guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their dining experience. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is required. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately. Ability to operate a cash register effectively. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices is a plus. Strong communication skills with a focus on guest services and hospitality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
