Jack ONeill Restaurant & Lounge - PM Server

Jack O'Neill Restaurant, located at the beautiful oceanfront Dream Inn Santa Cruz , is currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic servers to join our team in the lounge. We're looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment and can deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidates will bring both skill and personality to the table, with the ability to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Prior serving experience required Wine and spirits knowledge strongly preferred Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Ability and willingness to learn quickly and follow instructions Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor Physical stamina: able to stand for extended periods , lift up to 25-50 lbs , and work in hot environments Punctuality and reliability are a must Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
