In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our patrons while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Whether you're passionate about fine dining or lively nightlife, this position offers a vibrant environment where your hospitality skills can shine! Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation quality and proper food handling procedures Maintain cleanliness of tables, assist with bussing, and support sanitation standards in line with food safety regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns efficiently Manage cash handling, process payments accurately, and perform basic math for check settlements Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred Familiarity with POS systems including Toast POS Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Experience in fine dining settings or nightclubs is a plus but not required Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively during busy hours Host/hostess experience or serving roles that demonstrate excellent communication skills is advantageous Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service in a lively atmosphere!
