: To take food and beverage orders from guests and to serve same in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THE ONE PICO SERVER POSITION

To take guest food and beverage orders and to serve each round with guest check. Assure that all drinks and food items are recorded properly on POS. To offer menus when requested. To help seat guests. Shall request identification when legal age is in question.

Ensures guest satisfaction in Restaurant Service Operations Performs all service procedures in an exemplary manner Follow Forbes Standards Adheres to department and ETC standards Ensures knowledge of food to be served at the Lounge Communicates clearly and effectively with Charm and Courtesy Is familiar with and able to offer and up-sell beverages and extra options Maintains excellent standards of Health and Safety in line with hotel policy and

requirements Maintains a teamwork orientation toward and among co-workers Responds to guest concerns and questions and resolves to guest s satisfaction by trouble shooting or directing guest complaints to appropriate department head for prompt action Minimum TWO Years working in • Fine dining, high-volume experience Must have a current food handler's card Clean work habits and attention to detail Resourceful and well organized Ability to multi-task & maintain poise and a sense of humor amidst a fast paced and demanding environment Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system, punctuality and regular and reliable attendance Standing and walking eight-hour shifts Required, and must have open availability, weekends, and holidays. Luxury hospitality experience highly preferred.
