Duties Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and assist with menu selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while maintaining genuine guest engagement Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Clear tables, bus tables, and assist with sanitation duties to maintain a clean and welcoming environment Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and ensure order accuracy Process payments accurately through cash handling or cashiering systems like OpenTable or POS terminals Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience in a fast-paced setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in fine dining environments or nightclubs enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service Strong skills in customer service, guest relations, and upselling techniques are essential Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude Host/hostess experience or serving background provides a solid foundation for success in this role Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your skills in the food industry, and ready to deliver memorable experiences that keep guests coming back!
