Duties Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are communicated to the kitchen. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to presentation standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or needs promptly. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of the meal. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of meals. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Assist with food preparation as needed during busy periods to support kitchen operations. Uphold restaurant policies regarding guest relations, safety, and sanitation. Experience Previous experience in guest services or food service is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while providing attentive service. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A solid understanding of food preparation techniques and menu items is advantageous. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
