Job Description
Overview We are looking for an experienced Server to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a commitment to creating a pleasant dining experience. Duties Greet guests warmly, answer questions, upsell menu items, give recommendations Take accurate food and beverage orders Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills, ensuring timely service for all guests. Handle cash transactions accurately, process sales, and provide correct change and receipts. Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation practices throughout service. Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas quickly to prepare for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Qualifications Previous restaurant experience or food service background is preferred Strong customer service skills, excellent communication, basic math skills Must be at least 18 years of age or older Regular and reliable attendance Fluent in Mandarin or other Chinese dialect or Japanese is a plus
