Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Mo's Egg house Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you'll deliver outstanding guest service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and efficiently served, and create memorable moments for our guests. Your energetic attitude, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will help foster a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and food safety guidelines Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations with precision during transactions Maintain cleanliness by pre-bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to sanitation standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery for a seamless dining experience Assist with food handling and food safety protocols as needed in a fast-paced environment Support guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns professionally and courteously Promote additional offerings such as specials to maximize revenue Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in breakfast/ lunch dining establishments and fast paced environments Proficiency with POS system and strong cash handling skills Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Strong communication skills and guest relations abilities Basic math skills for cashiering and transaction accuracy Experience with upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences and sales performance Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
