Duties Deliver freshly prepared food from the kitchen to tables efficiently, maintaining presentation standards. Clear and reset tables swiftly to ensure a smooth flow of service and guest satisfaction. Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and providing additional service support as needed. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including wiping down surfaces and organizing utensils and condiments. Support the kitchen team with basic food handling and preparation tasks when required. Ensure all food safety standards are followed during food handling and service. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and guests to meet their needs promptly. Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and proper sanitation practices. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order accuracy. Experience with bussing, food preparation, or banquet service is a plus. Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members. Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting while maintaining a positive attitude. Knowledge of kitchen operations, culinary processes, or hotel hospitality enhances your effectiveness in this role.
