Responsibilities Greet and welcome customers as they enter the restaurant, ensuring a friendly atmosphere. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing the POS system for order entry. Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring basic math skills are applied correctly. Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties as needed, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and a smooth operation during busy periods. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or quick service fast food environment is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
