Job Description
## Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. ## Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and adhere to proper serving standards
- Assist with menu recommendations and upselling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly ## Skills
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Knowledge of sanitation standards in the food industry
- Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a helpful attitude
- Basic math skills for order accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff for efficient service
- Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Excellent guest services skills to ensure customer satisfaction
