In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience while increasing sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation, sanitation, and food safety Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns promptly and professionally Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Be available to help with banquets and tournaments Handle cash transactions accurately with basic math skills, including cashiering and cash handling procedures Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures (ServeSafe certification) Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance sales opportunities Experience with serving in high-volume environments; host/hostess or bussing experience is beneficial. Bartending experience is a plus! Strong communication skills coupled with a team-oriented attitude in a hospitality setting
