About Us 73 Cafe is a specialty coffee and café operation inside The Gant Hotel in Aspen, Colorado. We serve hotel guests and Aspen locals with craft coffee, seasonal beverages, fresh pastries, and light fare — alongside poolside food and beverage service, room service, and a curated retail selection. The Café Server at 73 Cafe is a hospitality professional who delivers the full guest experience — from a genuine welcome at the counter to a perfectly presented drink at the table, a poolside order delivered with care, or a room service tray that arrives exactly right. You'll work across every service area in the operation: the café floor, the espresso bar, the pool deck, and room service. You'll learn specialty coffee, develop real service skills, and grow inside a small team where your work is visible and valued. For the right person, this role is a direct stepping stone to Lead Barista or Shift Supervisor as 73 Cafe continues to grow.
