Job Description
Molino Chido is a casual, artisanal taqueria at Stanley Marketplace. Our menu consists of tacos created with in-house tortillas, seasonal small plates, large format proteins, low intervention wines, agave spirits, craft cocktails, caguamas and energy!
We're seeking to add part time to full time servers to our taco squad!
We place the utmost priority on true hospitality and emotional intelligence for the guest, your teammates and the community. Although casual, you'll be working and learning from award winning chefs, managers and teammates.

Michael Diaz De Leon (1 Michelin Star, James Beard Finalist) & Tommy Lee (Hop Alley & Uncle Ramen, James Beard Nominee & Michelin Bib Gourmand) helm the Mexico City-inspired eatery with a focus on house made tortillas, tacos, communal plates, natural wines, cocktails and Mexican beer.
Ultimately, we're building a fun, exciting experience for a diverse community with the goal of creating simple, delicious food based on the traditional techniques of Mexican food ways!
