Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, while also supporting the kitchen and front-of-house staff. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about culinary arts and hospitality, and who thrive in a collaborative team setting. Duties Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Assist servers by communicating order details and ensuring timely service. Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure all dishes are prepared according to specifications. Manage the flow of food orders during peak hours, ensuring all items are served at the right temperature. Support banquet service by assisting with set-up, serving, and clean-up as required. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to learn. Familiarity with culinary terms and kitchen operations is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to help others, contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.
