Part Time Server - The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa

We're seeking morning Part-Time Servers who enjoy connecting with guests, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture. What You'll Do Includes:

Provide attentive, professional service throughout the dining experience, ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for. Build rapport with guests by creating a friendly, engaging atmosphere and anticipating service needs. Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail during busy meal periods. Answer questions and make recommendations using a strong knowledge of menu items, beverages, and daily features. Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members to deliver a seamless dining experience. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally while helping maintain a positive dining environment. Follow service standards, restaurant procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
