Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Keep side areas properly stocked Knowledge of the menu items/service items Proper handling and sanitary procedures of food Maintain a clean and safe work environment To assist in other areas on an as needed basis Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following: Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:

Must be able to lift a tray up to 25 lbs. Must be literate and fluent in English Knowledge of InfoGenesis computer program a plus High school diploma or equivalent work experience 1 year experience as a server in a high-volume food and beverage department Obtain and maintain current TIPS certification Identification that establishes identity Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States Don't want to drive to Black Hawk?
