We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Server to join our fine dining team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, strong menu knowledge, and a polished, personable approach. Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, personalized service to all guests in a fine dining environment Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders Use POS systems efficiently and correctly for order entry and payment processing Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented section at all times Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests Uphold all service standards, policies, and procedures Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues when needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred Strong attention to detail and high standards of presentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure Experience using POS systems Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
