Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling and serving Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting dining areas efficiently Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation or food handling tasks when needed Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Maintain a clean, organized work environment in compliance with sanitation regulations Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Proven ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required Embark on an exciting journey in the hospitality industry where your energy makes a difference!
