Job Description
Full Service Dining Crave is a full service, upscale casual Italian Restaurant located on Main Street in Buena Vista, Colorado. We have a rare opening on our front of house team for a top performing server. We are a full service restaurant that is busy year round. The ideal candidate will be team oriented, a proven professional in the service industry, familiar with steps of service, coursing, table numbers, seat numbers, and all other aspects or the restaurant industry. Bar knowledge or experience is a plus. We are looking for someone looking to join a great team of hard-working, mountain loving, restaurant professionals. Responsibilities Full service - 5 to 7 table sections Set up dining room for service Ensure food is presented properly & deliver to our guests Ensure guests are enjoying their dining experience Check on customers regularly Follow the 'Cycle of Service' Maintain personal hygiene & follow proper health code guidelines Requirements Willingness to learn, study, practice outside of work. A drive to be great, regardless of task Proven experience interacting with customers Knowledge of menu is extremely important, including up selling.
