Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued in our establishment. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain a friendly demeanor will contribute significantly to the overall atmosphere of our venue. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring high standards of food handling are met. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
