Job Description
Restaurant Olivia is a pasta focused restaurant in Denver's Wash Park neighborhood. We are seeking an experienced server to join our team. Our restaurant is built around a deep commitment to both hospitality and sustainability. We are looking for a like-minded professional who cares about the details as well as how they impact the environments around them. The ideal candidate approaches hospitality as a calling. Someone who finds meaning in creating comfort, joy, and connection through creating a memorable evening by caring about every detail of the guest experience.
Servers at Olivia participate in ongoing education and development programs. This includes but is not limited to our partnership with Grappolo Wine School, in-house training sessions, and off-site visits to local farms and producers. We believe great service comes from a grounded understanding of the people, products, and values beyond the plate.
