In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while serving delicious smoothie/bowls and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Scooperista, you will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile. Responsibilities Serve smoothies/bowls, and other menu items with precision and care. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer questions about menu offerings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area, including equipment and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Requirements Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to interact effectively with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. A passion for Rush Bowls and creating delightful experiences for customers. Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
