Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with friendly professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements for smooth service flow Requirements Previous experience in fast paced, high-volume restaurant Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations accurately Culinary experience or background in food preparation is advantageous but not required Must be adaptable, energetic, and eager to contribute to a lively team atmosphere Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality where every detail matters!
