What You'll Do Deliver polished, personalized dining service in both casual and fine dining settings. Learn members' names, preferences, and dining habits to create a welcoming, familiar experience. Guide guests through food, wine, cocktails, and daily features with confidence. Work efficiently during busy golf turn times while maintaining exceptional hospitality. Collaborate closely with the culinary and beverage teams to provide seamless service. Maintain impeccable dining room standards and attention to detail. Help create an environment where every member feels valued and recognized. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality. Ability to stay calm, organized, and professional during busy service. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A desire to continually learn about food, wine, cocktails, and service. Fine dining or upscale restaurant experience is preferred but not required—we hire for attitude and train for excellence. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the golf season.
