Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy
• Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries
• Handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Skills
• Proficiency with POS systems, preferably Toast POS
• Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items
• Liquor, beer & wine knowledge
• Strong sales skills to upsell menu items
• Experience in food handling and sanitation practices
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Previous experience in the food industry is a plus
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
