Job Description

Job Description:
We are looking for energetic, personable servers to join our growing restaurant team in downtown Grand Junction. We're seeking individuals who genuinely enjoy hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to create a great guest experience while staying organized during busy shifts. This is a team-focused environment with high standards, strong teamwork, and opportunities to grow.
Schedule:
Part-time hours available Typical shifts range between: 10:30 AM - 9:00 PM during regular business days Later evening hours on weekends Sunday breakfast/brunch shifts: 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM Weekend availability strongly preferred.
Pay:
Starting at $16/hour + tipsStrong earning potential depending on experience, availability, and performance
Responsibilities & Expected Tasks:
Provide friendly and attentive service to guests Attend to tables efficiently and maintain strong guest communication Pre-bus and clean tables throughout service Show up on time, prepared, and ready to work each shift Use downtime productively by rolling silverware, cleaning, stocking, and assisting the team Help maintain a positive, professional, non-gossip work environment Assist with side work including: Refilling supplies and service stations Date marking items as needed Sorting dishes and assisting with dish area organization Folding boxes and completing light prep tasks Assisting with bar prep and restocking when needed Work closely with kitchen and bar staff during service Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
Qualifications:
Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable and team-oriented mindset Positive attitude and willingness to learn
