Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an energetic and welcoming dining environment! Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus confidently to set a positive tone for their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems; process sales transactions with attention to detail Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing work areas, and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Assist with food preparation tasks when needed and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions about menu items like wine pairings or spirits experience and resolving any concerns promptly Support guest seating arrangements as a host/hostess when required to ensure seamless flow of service Experience Previous restaurant experience in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience with fine dining service or high-volume food industry settings is a plus Familiarity with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations is essential Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales transaction processing Culinary or cocktail experience along with wine knowledge enhances your ability to upsell effectively Experience in spirits or beverage service including OpenTable reservations management is beneficial Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail in serving guests Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
