Full or Part-Time Servers Lafayette, CO Foxglove Bar & Hideout is growing into our busiest season, and we're looking for passionate, experienced bartenders to join our team. Located in the heart of Lafayette, Foxglove is a craft cocktail bar focused on beautifully crafted drinks, intentional service, and unforgettable ambiance. This is more than just a bar, it's a layered, sensory experience and we're building a team to match. We are currently hiring part-time team members for approximately 1 - 5 shifts per week. What We're Looking For Friendly, guest-focused professionals with a strong hospitality instinct Servers that provide personalized guest experiences, maintaining an organized and efficient service flow, and confidently guiding guests through the craft cocktail, beer, wine, and food menus with expert product knowledge. Team players with strong awareness and initiative Professionals who thrive in an intimate, detail-driven environment Availability for nights and weekends Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Minimum 2 years of serving experience (craft cocktail experience preferred) Must have or complete TIPS certification within 30 days of employment Comfortable working within a tip pool gratuity structure Hourly Rate starts at $14/per hour.
