SEEKING PART TIME SERVER FOR TUESDAY NIGHTS, SATURDAY
AM and
SUNDAY PM
Shifts!
LARGE SECTIONS AND NO TIP POOL!
Pickup shifts available regularly. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest services, ensuring that every patron has a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing assistance to guests throughout their visit. Your ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen staff and other team members will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our establishment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor as they arrive. Take accurate food and drink orders using the OpenTable system or similar platforms. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Provide recommendations on menu items to enhance the guest experience. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle food safely according to industry standards and regulations. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively upsell. Qualifications 5 years previous experience in guest services or food service is preferred. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Familiarity with food handling practices within the food industry. Experience working in a nightclub or similar hospitality environment is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests positively. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
