Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests receive outstanding hospitality throughout their visit. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for guest relations, and the ability to thrive in a busy setting. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests. Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with precision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure proper handling of all food items. Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Utilize Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing. Experience Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred but not required. Strong guest service skills with an emphasis on guest relations. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus. Experience working in a nightclub or high-energy environment is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and requests.
