Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Process Server, where you will play a vital role in delivering legal documents promptly and accurately to individuals involved in legal proceedings. This position requires a proactive approach to locating and serving defendants, witnesses, or other parties while ensuring compliance with legal standards. As a Process Server, you'll be the essential link between the court system and the community, helping facilitate justice through efficient service delivery. Duties Serve legal papers such as summonses, subpoenas, complaints, and other court-related documents in a timely manner. Maintain detailed records of each service attempt, including photos, dates, times, locations, and outcomes using our in-the-field App. Use courier skills to deliver documents securely and ensure receipt confirmation. Communicate effectively Adhere strictly to legal guidelines and confidentiality protocols throughout all service activities. Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and professionalism when interacting with diverse individuals. Ability to navigate urban or rural areas efficiently using maps or GPS technology. Valid driver's license We value motivated individuals eager to uphold justice through diligent service and professional integrity.
