Expo/Food Runner

Great Divide Brewery and Roadhouse Lone Tree is looking for Expos/Food Runners to join our team! Overview The Expo/Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for guest services. Responsibilities Deliver food from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Assist servers by ensuring that all necessary items are available for each table. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest inquiries. Monitor the dining area for any additional needs from guests and communicate these needs to the serving staff. Ensure that all food safety and handling standards are adhered to at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service. Help maintain cleanliness in the dining area and assist with resetting tables as needed. Support banquet services during special events by assisting with food setup and service. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures is essential. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent guest services. Willingness to assist in various kitchen tasks as needed, including food preparation and assisting cooks.
