Host/Server

We are redefining the medical and aesthetic experience by moving away from the traditional "medical receptionist" model and toward a high-end concierge service. We are seeking a professional with a background in elite hospitality—specifically from fine dining, luxury resorts, or premium spa environments—to serve as our Guest Experience Host. In this role, you are the face of our practice. You will not just "check people in"; you will curate an atmosphere of luxury, anticipatory service, and meticulous care. If you have been trained in the art of high-level pampering, etiquette, and "the silent service" of a five-star restaurant or spa, your skills are exactly what we need.

Key Responsibilities:

The Arrival Ritual:

Greet each patient with the poise and warmth of a maître d' at a Michelin-starred establishment. Facilitate our arrival rituals, including the exchange of shoes for slippers and the presentation of tea or refreshments.

Anticipatory Service:

Observe and attend to guest needs before they are voiced. Ensure guests are comfortably settled in massage chairs and that their environment is curated for relaxation.

Sensory Management:

Maintain the high-end sensory standards of our facility, ensuring aromatherapy, lighting, and amenities (such as high-end chocolates and beverages) are perfectly presented at all times.

Frictionless Transitions:

Manage the flow of the practice with grace, ensuring that transitions between treatments are seamless and that patients feel cared for at every touchpoint.

Professional Etiquette:

Maintain an impeccable standard of professional appearance and communication, utilizing high-level etiquette in all interactions, whether in person, over the phone, or via digital correspondence.

Qualifications:

Hospitality Excellence:
