Who We Are Elk Creek Ranch is a private, luxury ranch located along the White River outside of Meeker, Colorado. Our members visit from around the country to enjoy fishing, hunting, fine dining, and time with family and friends. We pride ourselves on delivering personalized service while maintaining a welcoming, family-style atmosphere for both guests and employees. Position Overview Servers are responsible for providing attentive, professional food and beverage service throughout breakfast, lunch, dinner, special events, and member functions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with guests, working as part of a close-knit team, and taking pride in delivering exceptional hospitality. Responsibilities Provide food and beverage service during daily meal periods Learn and anticipate member preferences Assist with private events, holiday celebrations, and special functions Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations Work closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure a seamless guest experience Uphold Elk Creek Ranch service standards and professionalism What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Professional appearance and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Team-oriented mindset Previous serving experience preferred, but not required Compensation & Benefits Starting at $19 per hour Participation in gratuity program End-of-season bonus opportunities Employee housing and utilities included Fully furnished shared housing Shift meals provided Access to employee recreation days Access to on-site gym when not in use by members Opportunity to fish, hike, hunt, and explore Northwest Colorado during time off Season Dates June through November 2026 Why Elk Creek Ranch?
