Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic & dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food handling and preparation. This role is essential in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all dietary restrictions and preferences are noted. Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, maintaining a high standard of presentation. Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while maintaining the integrity of the restaurant's financial processes. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal. A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues across various roles, including bartending staff and dietary aides. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's schedule.
