UNIcycle Business Consulting is an offsite HR Firm supporting small business. We are hiring for this role for our client Typhoon Hospitality. About Typhoon Hospitality Typhoon Hospitality is part of Typhoon Group, a purpose-driven hospitality company with a growing portfolio of restaurants, cafés, hotels, and a mobile food truck across the Western Slope. We are known for creating spaces that blend thoughtful design, warm service, and exceptional food and drink. As we prepare to launch a new high-end dining concept in Montrose, we are building a team of experienced, guest-focused professionals committed to excellence, creativity, and leadership. About the Role We are looking for polished, attentive, and service-driven Servers to deliver an exceptional dining experience to every guest. As the face of the restaurant, you will play a vital role in setting the tone for service, sharing your knowledge of our food and drink menus, and creating moments of genuine hospitality throughout each shift. Ideal candidates bring professionalism, enthusiasm, and grace under pressure. You understand fine dining etiquette, care about the details, and are passionate about providing memorable service. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience Greet guests warmly, introduce the menu, and guide them through the dining experience with professionalism and care. Deliver timely, knowledgeable, and attentive service throughout each course. Offer thoughtful recommendations, including food, wine, and beverage pairings. Handle guest concerns or special requests with grace and a solutions-oriented mindset. Service Execution Prepare your section at the start of each shift with attention to cleanliness, readiness, and supplies. Coordinate with back of house staff to ensure proper timing and delivery of food and drinks. Maintain table settings, pacing, and ambiance to reflect the restaurant's brand and standards. Manage checkouts efficiently and accurately, using the POS system. Team Collaboration Communicate clearly and professionally with fellow servers, support staff, and management. Assist teammates during busy periods to ensure smooth, seamless service. Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and ongoing training sessions. Cleanliness Standards Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the dining room. Keep your section tidy and restocked during service and reset after each shift. Follow procedures for food handling, alcohol service, and guest safety. Qualifications 1 to 2 years of experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale casual setting Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service, or willingness to learn Warm, professional presence with a guest-first attitude Able to stay composed under pressure and handle multiple tables with grace Clear verbal communication skills and the ability to read guests' needs Familiarity with POS systems and a strong sense of timing and coordination A flexible, team-oriented mindset and genuine passion for hospitality What We Offer -
