We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Servers for Summer 2026! The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable experience. Servers with bartending experience are especially desirable, but we are willing to train exceptional candidates. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to our customer recipes. Take drink and food orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Operate point of sale terminals accurately, handling cash and credit transactions efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the bar and front of the house areas, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies. Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere, providing excellent customer service at all times. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and turning tables for the next customers. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. We desire professionalism, friendly smiles and a desire to give guests a memorable experience. Proficiency in basic math for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with restaurant based point-of-sale systems is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry is essential. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal.
