Food Runner/Busser

Foodrunner/Busser Mr Tandoori's urban bar and Grill is seeking a foodrunner/busser to join our front of house staff. In this position, you will create an intimate and high-quality dining experience for guests. You will pack and deliver their meals with a smile, and clear the tables when they are finished. We are looking for a candidate who is warm, and calm under pressure, and who knows how to be a team player, and work with urgency throughout the shift.

Wage:

This job starts at $16.50 per hour Each shift will be 3-5 hours from around 5 - 9pm Available up to 4 shifts a week, Thurs thru

Sunday Job Responsibilities:

Serves patrons with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner. Maintains dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude. Prepares room for dining by clothing tables and setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils. Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies/ keep the bussing area and bathrooms clean Keeps kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression. Serves orders by picking up and delivering patrons' choices from bar and kitchen and delivering accompaniments and condiments from service bars. Responds to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs and observing dining process. Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and being alert to patron spills or other special needs. Concludes dining experience by acknowledging choice of restaurant and inviting patrons to return. Server Qualifications /
