Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Mopping floors, taking out the trash, and taking care of similar tasks when needed
Skills:
- Knowledge in Chinese hotpot (whether serving it or eating it) a superb plus
- Server experience in food industry preferred
- Strong hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Excellent customer service skills to address guest needs and concerns
- Punctual and responsible
- Ability to provide exceptional guest services and build positive guest relations
