• Windsor, CO Peculier Brewing Company is seeking hospitality-driven taproom service members to join our Windsor team.

This is a hybrid service role designed for a brewery environment where team members will support the entire guest experience. While beer knowledge and beer tending are core to this position, team members will run food, bus tables, help with dishwashing, and maintaining a clean and welcoming taproom. This is a team-based system where tips are pooled daily between both the FOH and BOH This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Beer, Food & Bar Service

• Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming taproom experience
• Guide guests through beer selections and explain styles, flavors, and brewery offerings
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of rotating beer and food menu
• Pour beer accurately and efficiently according to Peculier Brewing standards
• Maintain a clean, organized bar top and draft station
• Operate POS system and handle cash and card transactions
• Monitor guest consumption and follow responsible alcohol service practices.
• Willingness to follow opening and closing procedures Hybrid Service & Floor Support
• Run food from the kitchen to guests
• Deliver drinks to tables when appropriate
• Bus and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas throughout service
• Assist with dishwashing, glassware cleaning, and polishing as needed
• Restock bar supplies, glassware, napkins, and service items
• Support teammates during peak service periods Cleanliness & Operations
• Follow opening and closing procedures for the taproom
• Maintain sanitation standards behind the bar and on the floor
• Take out trash and recycling as needed
• Help ensure smooth communication between bar, kitchen, and service staff What This Role Is (and Is Not)
• This is not a purely bartending position with no floor responsibilities
• This is a team-based service role where everyone contributes to guest experience and cleanliness and is expected to perform every role.
• This is a majority self-management role where you are expected to take initiative Qualifications
• Prior brewery, bar, or restaurant experience preferred.
• An outgoing, go-getter attitude
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to assist wherever needed

Pay:

$25.00
