We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences for Fridays Saturdays And Sundays mornigs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer relations skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to showcase culinary knowledge and hospitality expertise while contributing to a welcoming dining atmosphere. Prior experience in fine dining or the food industry is preferred,. The Server will be responsible for providing outstanding service from greeting guests to ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via cashiering systems Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations; bus tables as needed Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally Support host/hostess duties when necessary, including seating arrangements and guest inquiries Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable, especially in fine dining or hospitality settings Experience in food handling, sanitation, and food safety practices Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of the food industry trends, menu offerings, and upselling techniques Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations Experience with serving in nightlife venues or nightclubs is a plus but not required Join our team to deliver memorable dining experiences through excellent service, culinary knowledge, and genuine guest care.
