Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Slice, ensuring all special requests are noted Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Process all transactions efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments with precision and accountability Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Assist with food preparation and presentation when needed, adhering to food safety guidelines Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
