, part of Harvest Restaurants, is seeking experienced part time or full time servers for our
GRAND OPENING
in DARIEN! We are looking for individuals who are friendly, energetic and highly motivated, who thrive in a team setting! Roots Ocean Prime offers an impressive menu of the freshest local seafood, prime cuts of steaks, vegetarian dishes, signature cocktails, hand-picked wine list, and genuine hospitality. Our ideal server will instill the Harvest way by always going above and beyond to satisfy our customers and create a dining experience like no other. Our locations take pride in exceeding our customers' expectations from the moment they walk in our doors and every member of the Harvest family partakes in this. General server priorities and responsibilities To exceed our guests' exceptions by providing them with the highest level of consistent, professional, and courteous service. To promote teamwork within the restaurant, creating a positive work environment. To properly execute all necessary steps of service. Always ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization. Provide exemplary customer service to all guests by applying knowledge of food and beverage menus. Reporting on time and in proper uniform, always clocking in and out as required of all employees. Requirements:
Requirements Proficient in all aspects of fine dining service. Knowledge of food and beverage, as well as having a passion to cultivate these skills. Display a confident and professional appearance. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. High school diploma preferred. Ability to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 6-8 hours per shift, all the while maintaining a fun and positive attitude. Must be able to carry about 40lbs.
