Position:
Servers, Full- or Part-Time We're looking for professional Servers to join our team, working alongside our front-of-house and kitchen teams. You will help bring Joylark's vision of hospitality to life, ensuring the dining experience is exceptional and ultimately bringing happiness to our guests. This is a unique opportunity for a front-of-house professional. Starting wage is $7 per hour, plus tips. What We Offer- A dynamic and creative work environment.

- Setting up and/or breaking down the dining room for service and ensuring it is clean and fully stocked.
- Serving guests and guiding their experience, ensuring exceptional hospitality for all.
- Providing input for continued improvement in service operations.
- Performing technical service duties, including knowing the menu, beverage pairings, upselling, flow of service, kitchen communication, etc.
- Upholding standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization in accordance with health regulations and Joylark's culture.
- Doubling as Host, Bartender, or Barista during certain slower times, as needed. We're Seeking Someone Who Has
- 2+ years of experience as a successful Server in an upscale environment, with all associated skills and knowledge.
- Experience with coffee, juices, smoothies, and bartending is a plus, but not required.
- Comfort in managing guests' drinking experience, including avoiding overconsumption.
- A genuine desire to provide the best in hospitality, always striving for more.
- The ability to work well under pressure and to make the most of less busy times.
- Availability for daytime, evening, and weekend hours, with flexibility both ways as needs arise.
- A professional, positive attitude and demeanor, and the ability to get along well with others.
- At least 18 years of age.
