Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Process payments efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and digital transactions with precision and integrity Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards are maintained Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales and guest satisfaction Clear tables promptly, bus tables, and assist with maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fine dining or casual setting Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience Maintain knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices in all aspects of service Qualifications Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially within fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and transactions smoothly Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards required for food industry compliance Experience with serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or hospitality roles is beneficial Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy are essential Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and nights in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
