Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guest comfort and satisfaction Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and bartenders Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage tables efficiently by bussing, resetting, and ensuring cleanliness throughout service Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and food handling protocols to ensure guest safety and compliance with health regulations Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation standards, and basic math for accurate billings and transactions Serving or host/hostess experience is advantageous but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential Experience in food industry roles involving bussing, food handling, or kitchen support will be considered an asset Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service in a lively environment.
