In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, expert knowledge, and efficient operations. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling, cashiering, and OpenTable reservations efficiently to optimize table turnover Assist with food safety practices, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures in accordance with health regulations Support other team members by bussing tables, refilling supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills during busy hours Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation and presentation standards Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and accurate bill splitting Previous host/hostess or serving experience is desirable but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
