Job Description

Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Server, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be the friendly face that guides guests through their meal, ensures their needs are met with enthusiasm, and maintains a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Your culinary knowledge and customer service expertise will shine as you deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your food industry skills while working in a dynamic setting that values teamwork and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Utilize reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating and optimize guest flow Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, adhering to sanitation and food safety regulations Support team members during busy hours, demonstrating excellent time management and teamwork skills Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, preferably in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards in the food industry Ability to upsell menu items and handle cash transactions accurately Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus, along with basic math skills for cashiering and food prep Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables and responsibilities efficiently Previous host/hostess or serving experience is desirable but not required Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends Join us to be part of a lively team where your passion for hospitality makes a difference!
