This role is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service in a fast-paced, outdoor poolside environment. As a Poolside Cocktail Server, you will provide attentive, efficient, and engaging service to Members and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout their time at the pool. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic hospitality setting. Must be 18 years of age or older. You:

Are at least 18 years of age Thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor service environment Provide friendly, attentive, and engaging service Communicate clearly and professionally with Members and teammates Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic Are dependable, organized, and able to multitask effectively Have prior food and beverage or hospitality experience (preferred) As a Poolside Cocktail Server, you help create a fun, relaxed, and elevated Member experience. The Essentials (Core Responsibilities) Provide prompt, attentive food and beverage service to Members and guests at the pool • Take accurate orders and deliver items efficiently • Maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings, including beverages and cocktails Ensure all transactions are processed accurately through the POS system Monitor tables and anticipate Member needs throughout service Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and poolside sections Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines Communicate effectively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management Assist with opening and closing duties, including side work and restocking The Expectations (Performance & Professional Standards) Deliver exceptional hospitality and maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with the team Anticipate Member needs and resolve issues promptly Adhere to all Club policies, service standards, and safety guidelines The Standards (Qualifications & Professional Conduct) Education & Experience Must be at least 18 years of age Previous food and beverage or hospitality experience preferred Skills & Competencies Basic knowledge of food and beverage service Strong multitasking and organizational skills Ability to operate POS systems (training provided if needed) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Communication Skills Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented demeanor Ability to engage with Members in a professional and approachable manner Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to carry trays and lift items up to 25 pounds Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to move quickly and safely in a poolside environment
